We have been advised that the Department of Veterans
Affairs has issued notice of the 2003 Government Life
Insurance Dividends.
About $561 million will be issued on the anniversary
dates of National Service Life and U.S. Government
Insurance now in force. WWII veterans with "V"
will receive $1.3 million. Total payments will be sent
approximately $461.5 million. "K" policies, WWI
policies, will be be $2.2 million to 12,499 policy
holders. A few "S", "RS"and "W" will receive
$88 million dollars. A few others will share $17.2
million. No application is needed.
If you have any questions, call this office. Just a
reminder, keep your beneficiary current. This is
something many forget to do and it is very important.
Be sure to file your original discharge papers
at the court house in your area.
